We are excited to announce that Aero Jet International (AJI) and Air Ambulance Professionals (AAP) have combined in a merger. The combination of both companies will create the leading dedicated fixed-wing air ambulance services provider in the United States. AJI has 15 years of Service and AAP has 22 years of service in providing medical air ambulance transports throughout the Western Hemisphere. The combined aircraft total 5 Learjet 35As in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and a Cessna 402 in San Juan, Puerto Rico in which service the entire Caribbean Basin. It is expected to operate over 10 fixed-wing aircraft within 12-18 months. This partnership will provide unmatched benefits and services to their current clients and patients.
The management teams of (AJI) and (AAP), including Stuart Hayman and Brian Weisz continue to manage the Company’s operations. AJI and AAP will continue to be headquartered and operated out of the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport and the San Juan Puerto Rico operations will continue their air ambulance transports out of the Luis Munoz Marin Airport.
