Douglas joined REVA’s predecessor back in 2005 and has since held various roles throughout the organization.  As the Director of the REVA Operations Center, Douglas is dedicated to driving operational excellence, delivering exceptional results, and ensuring a positive experience for REVA’s clients and stakeholders.

Douglas plays a pivotal role in managing a cross-functional team and collaborates closely with Sales, RCM, Medical, and Aviation leadership. His ability to align goals and streamline operations across departments fosters a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Douglas holds a bachelor's degree in business from Florida State University and a master's degree in business administration from Nova Southeastern University.
